Uninsured Services

Please see list in regards to services that are not OHIP covered. Some of which may be covered if you are covered by private insurance.

Stethoscope on the Cardiogram

  1. Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitory- ABPM - $113.00

     

  2. Insurance forms - $50 to $100

     

  3. Quebec patients - 

    All Quebec patients are to pay prior to their appointment for either cardiac testing or if you have a consult or follow-up booked with one of our Physicians. Once you have paid, you can make a request for reimbursement from RAMQ.

     

  4. Blue Cross , VAF and RCMP patients - 

    If you are a Blue Cross, VAF, or RCMP patient, please be sure to have your identification card with you to show to our administrative staff. Please also be sure to call ahead to make sure the service you are required to have is indeed covered. Upon arrival, one of our administrative staff will ask you to complete and sign a form for us to submit to either Blue Cross, VAF, or the RCMP programs for reimbursement.
